Prithviraj Sukumaran has performed of a lifetime, capturing the essence of Najeeb Mohammad in every frame. His change for the role is breathtaking, and his representation of emotions takes the film to new heights. The performance by KR Gokul and Jimmy Jean Louis needs to be applauded.
Sunil KS’ cinematography depicts the raw beauty of the desert terrain with amazing clarity. Each frame depicts the emotion and the hardships of Najeeb’s pursuit of freedom.
AR Rahman’s music adds an extra dimension of emotion to the film, with even the smallest background scores resonating strongly with the audience. “Periyone Rahmane” stands out as a tribute to Rahman’s essense, adding to the whole experience of the film.
A Sreekar Prasad’s editing has knitted the story together, and Ranjith Ambadi’s makeup enhances the characters’ genuineness.
With a budget of 85 crore the effort of the whole crew made the desert scenes realistic.
The 173 minutes movie captivates it’s audience with excellent cinematography, plot, and emotional journey. With excellent cinematography, background score, performance and editing the movie has received IMDB rating of 9/10, making The Goat Life one of the must watch movie.
